Mexican business at the center of a digital system

Manifesto case · team-built system

YAWA

A company designed as a system: chains built to run without daily human validation, while governance, strategy and exceptions remain human.

01 · The thesis

Automation is not removing the person. It is deciding precisely where human judgment matters.

YAWA operates without a permanent salaried team. That does not mean no human intervention: the system absorbs repetition; human leadership retains priorities, rules, oversight and exceptional incidents.

The product's observable architecture joins acquisition, generation, publishing, editing and relationships. Each stage retains state; no claim of infallibility replaces observability.

02 · End to end

A business enters as a signal. It leaves as an operable presence.

  1. 01

    Discover

National discovery and a durable queue with business identity controls designed to prevent a second outreach.

  2. 02

    Enrich

Public business data, activity, location and available media gathered before generation.

  3. 03

    Build

A quality contract, template variation, media-derived palette, contrast control, gallery, catalogue or menu, vertical forms and booking where required.

  4. 04

    Write and structure

Business-related sections and three articles, relevant media through configured providers, technical SEO, structured data and sitemap.

  5. 05

    Control and publish

Quality gates, persisted states, retry on error and publication only when the expected journey is present.

  6. 06

    Operate

Merchant editor, admin, stored bookings, CRM, follow-up and maintenance inside the same system.

  7. 07

    Present

One-shot WhatsApp outreach with hero preview, delivery, read and reply states, plus automated-response classification.

05 · Honest status

Connected does not mean finished.

Active and connected

Site generation and publishing, editor and administration, catalogue/blog, CRM, persistent queue, bookings, Promo and SEO Lab interfaces are present in the system.

Under hardening

Autonomous prospecting, media relevance, quality gates, error recovery and bot/human classification are connected chains that continue to be tested and hardened.

Human governance

Strategy, rules, budgets, compliance, supplier management and exceptions remain human decisions. Daily automation is not an abdication of responsibility.

06 · What a client can reuse

Before automating, define the contract for what is acceptable.

01

Contract

Define the complete output before accelerating production.

02

Quality gates

Reject incomplete work before it reaches a customer.

03

Durable queue

Retain state, priority and retries when a provider fails.

04

Observability

Know what happened without reconstructing incidents blindly.

05

Degraded mode

Deliver less only when it remains correct and explicit.

07 · The projection

YAWA automates a complete digital company. Now imagine what we could take off your team’s shoulders.

The point is not automation as theatre. It is to recover time, reduce repetitive work, make the team’s day easier, limit foreseeable errors and increase useful capacity. Potential savings are only presented after measuring a real baseline: time per task, volume, errors and current operating cost.

  • Time currently lost to repeated steps
  • Errors and rework that can be measured
  • Capacity recovered without inventing a number
  • A calmer, traceable and governable operation
Let’s map what your company could stop doing by hand.
